You need to use .05 as the upper tail probability when it asks that
You guys are doing a great job.
All of the confidence intervals we have looked at are symmetric. Therefore, if the 90% comes out of the middle, the remaining 10% has to be split into two tails. 5% and 5%.
Confidence intervals and hyp tests for matched pairs??? If you have the data, then you find the x-bar and s directly from the data. Run 1-var stats on L3.
